What flasher are u using? Do u have it soldered or using a clip?

I fixed a brick the other day. I connected my e3 flasher with the clip on secure and got a dump. It was the same way. All files were good except bootloader.
Luckily the customer had a good dump, he gave me with the ps3. I flashed the good dump and it was good.
I don't think it is fixable without already having a good dump. Because bootloader is console unique. So if it is not there (and u can't get one from it) u need to flash it with a valid dump to replace the missing/corrupt bootlader.

I guess all u can do is try and get a valid dump from it. If your using a clup, maybe its not on good enough. If you soldered, maybe a wire is wrong. Idk.
