ive read itskamels guide,

now i found multiMAN ver 04.07.01 FULL (20121021)

is this the latest for kmeaw 3.55?

whats the difference between the kmeaw 3.55 i still have it, but seen some rogero or something like that 4.20, is there a thread about this whats better with the newer version or newer cfw? pros and cons?

is there a thread for multiman ? cant find it thru search forums, want to see the latest for my cfw + like a guide?

external hdd still need to be formatted to fat32 to actually play games on the ps3..
but maybe i'm wrong, just can't keep up with the changes....

Format/convert your drive to FAT32.

KMEAW 3.55 is stable but requires eboot fixes. Rogero 4.30 v2 is brand new last night, and plays every game under the sun, with no messing about needed.

thx for the quick answer i just found something good , but dont know how to realise this , u can read NTFS hdd ( in the package i posted from this guide http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php...light=multiman ) theres a ADVANCED folder in multiman folder, theres a USB.cfg and a readme the readme says the usb.cfg is necessary somewhere so the ps3 or multiman can read ntfs overall...
so i just need a guide where i can see how to use this usb.cfg and the OPTIONS.cfg ...^^

is there something?

I have had mm since the first version and have just updated manually/internally ever since.

MM became mmCM YONKS ago.

mm = multiman

mmcm = multiman cobra manager = mm evolved.

in my 4.07 version i have

multiMAN ver 04.07.01 BASE DEX (20121021).pkg
multiMAN ver 04.07.01 FULL CEX (20121021).pkg

so i wondered if there is a 4.12 full cex :P ? for kmeaw 3.55 i should use CEX it says http://store.brewology.com/ahomebrew.php?brewid=24

whats the differnece between BASE & FULL ? cause i only see a base 4.12 cex in ur link

Full just contains covers and lastgame/bdreset etc that you can download later anyway.

oh ok so i put the pkg from the 4.12 base cex on my usb stick on the root?
cause i just did , root>mmcm 4.12 basecex.pkg

start my ps3 and install package files, but i dont see anything ;X ?

my usb stick is fat32

Yes that should be correct.

put it in the right most USB port.

Make sure your USB is fat32 formatted if that doesnt work.

wow this is so weird hope u can help me, i have tried both usb slots, i see my usb is detected but it doesnt show the pkg files ( its fat 32 ) and on the root.

i dont know why.

PROBLEM SOLVED: i just formatted everything again just to be sure ( fat 32 ) put it on the root and now he sees it for some reason.

k ive got only 1 last problem now , need to do something with that USB.cfg, so i can see my NTFS HDD in multiman and let it scan, do u know how it works or is there a guide?

k i thnk ive found something how to use that usb.cfg

but im wondering now it says i cant play backups from the ntfs hdd , just copy from the external ntfs hdd to the internal fat32 hdd.

is this still uptodate or is there a way to play backups in multiman from the ntfs hdd?
