In recovery menu (usb stick out) you click 6 "update", insert usb stick, hit select + start.

There is the MD5 here : MD5: 8f8166b25d6bed891f292c77de5c4b28

@Simonbuck he posted up a screenshot that showed he had it named as /PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP, but he hasnt said if pressing select and start has worked....
