You could try on PC to change the BOps2 folder to Read only, as it is on EXT HDD it should stay that way on PS3 ...

My sons OFW was allowed into multiplayer today (first time in six days)

My cfw was is allowed in multiplayer also on all 3 previously blocked accounts

just tried my banned account on my ofw.

froze at startup when logged into PSN, never happened on that console before!

I posted that a few days ago when we were first able to get into multiplayer while signed in. You have to sign in after launching the game though or it will freeze. And even though you can access multiplayer you can only play local. They've only adjusted the servers with the update to allow you to play as long as you don't try to play multiplayer or zombies online.

I could play infinitely in Multiplayer so long as I played local. I just get the "server error" when I try to play on PSN. Are you playing online on CFW?

Also of note is that they're still on Defcon 4. We've only been able to play with the new accounts from Defcon 5. When they switched back to Defcon 4 our new accounts and additional new accounts were sniffed out. There's also the .BUP(which I think means backup) that aren't original. I think a dev could and maybe possibly has figured out this check.
