Skullgirls Update
Hey guys.
I searching lots of different forums and googling quite a bit to try to figure out what I need to do to figure this out, but I figure I'll have the best shot here. I got Skullgirls on my 3.55 Kmeaw PS3 and as some of you may know lots of fighting games release many patches to balance characters etc. A new Skullgirls patch just came out yesterday and I don't know if I'd have to wait for a pkg to update it or if you guys just update PSN games online. How would I go about getting my Skullgirls updated? Thanks alot. |

Since you're on 3.55 and update is signed with 4.20 keys, then you would need to wait until someone resigns/fixes it for 3.55. It's pretty big too, 595MB roughly.

1. Update your game online or download official update via PC and install. 2. Copy NPEB00910 folder from this rar to hdd0/game overwriting old files inside it. Should work that way if it's not a tricky eboot that needs additional fixing. |

Well I installed Skullgirls 1.01 and added the files that you told me to copy into my "hdd0/game" directory. I am still getting an update 4.20 system update prompt when I try to load it up. Any ideas.
I also did the resigning and repacked the pkg. Still is coming up with an update prompt. Last edited by VashEXE; 11-21-2012 at 08:04 PM. |

***UPDATE***
I finally got it all working. I ended up unpacking the pkg and patching the eboot so I could use 3.55. I repacked everything and reinstalled and it's all working good now. Thanks for all of the info guys! |

Skull Girls is a 2D fighting game. I hope this update is worth it. The devs that made this game left and formed their own game studio and I hope they will continue work on Skullgirls.
