Both points are labeled on that pic above. Solder a wire from the NOR tristate point to a ground point (GND).

This will keep your PS3 on so you can flash your patched bios to it. Then remove the wire and turn on PS3, you should get the connect controller screen, and continue with cut power, insert dongle, etc...
If you only get a black screen, instead of the connect controller screen, don't worry, continue anyway.

1. I soldered tristate to gnd and ps3 stays on, can I brick it again?
2. Do I need to cut that wire when I got connect controller screen?
3. I got error 10001100 after trying to flash bios with bkpps3.bin, what is that?

That error means the clip is not on good enough. Reseat the clip.

Once you get the clip on good, make some backups and validate them. To make sure the clip is on good.
Then flash your patched bios. Remove the wire. And continue with FSM downgrade.
