It seems (I think) you installed a lower FW than your PS3 began with.

Also I don't think 1.50 FW even HAD recovery mode
Pretty sure the FW didn't actually install. I had that before. When I tried to downgrade to a low FW (lower than 2.30), it was preparing update, then rebooted to a blue screen without actually installing the FW.

Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of this is to format the HDD from a PC, to remove the update files from the HDD. There might be a way that doesn't require formatting if you have a second HDD and your PS3 is a NAND model (CECHA-CECHG) but I cannot say for sure. Worth a shot though. If it's a NOR model though, I think there's no hope to recover the data.

If you do, try replacing the one in your PS3 for that one, to see if that works.
If it does work, you'll have to format your current HDD from a PC to put it back on the PS3.

I see! Well, a format is no problem, will try this. I have a CECHC. but I think I do a format anyway.
So, if I'm lucky, I will get into recovery mode, after a format of my current HDD. Then I can do a rog.3.7 update?

Actually, I think that is excatly what happend. It was prepping for update, not installing, I heard this wierd sound from my ps.. (this, I think was my blueray game inside rom, who was prepping for update) at 40-50% my ps just rebooted into "bluescreen".

Alright, I'm pretty sure the problem you're encountering is the one I described then.

You could try to get your data back this way :

1- Install a different HDD. Your PS3 should boot normally and ask to format the HDD.
2- Downgrade to 3.55, dehash the console.
3- Go into FSM and turn off the console.
4- Install your current HDD back in, then do a FSM downgrade.

I'm not 100% sure if that'll work, but worth a shot.

Actually, I got a new 2.5" 1tb hdd today. This I did order for my ps. The old one, I use now is only 60gb, so this will go into the trashcan anyway.

So I only do step 1 & 2 right?

Thank you for patience!

Don't you have data you want to recover from your old HDD, such as game saves?
If you don't, then you only need to do step 1.

Afterwards if you wish to downgrade to 3.55, you can using Rogero's downgrader, make sure to follow a proper tutorial though.

Oh... I completely forgot another issue.
After replacing HDD, you might get a Wifi error. If you do, you also won't be able to downgrade via recovery mode, only reinstall firmware or upgrade via XMB (which would be not wise to do on CFW 4.xx).

You might be able to downgrade by unplugging the Wifi/BT module off the PS3 and use a noBT firmware (controller will have to be plugged via USB, obviously).

As u said, I did get wifi error.
At system info, it says, FW, "4.21" (downgrader.pup, last installed, this is cfw 3.55 hybrid I guess)

Did try update from recovery, got error "8008431431something" as u also said.

What is my next step?
Update from XMB with usb/rogero v3.7? Then, install kmeaw 3.55orOther from XMB?

Did not quite get what ment about the wifi fix

My final goal is rogero 4.30 v. 2.0.

U got answer?

Did try update from XMB, with Rog.3.7, when ps booted, it said: "system got latest fw or something". So, still on hybrid.

:/

Finally, got it to work! Now on Rogero 4.30 - v2.0
Wifi in order aswell

Thank you for helping me Ps3hax.net with members!
