Get a bic biro pen, take out the ink cartridge and ball point with apair of pliers, then use a lighter to melt the end were the writting end used to be, now push the melted end into the screw and hold it there untill it sets hard then use the pen shaft as a screw driver and you'll find it will undo no probs.....

don't think i would use power tools, but if you are going/thinking about that route you could cut a line in the center with a dremel tool then back it out with a regular screwdriver. I still recommend the cutting dikes.
