Don't worry, spoof doesn't work like that. For example, if you install Rogero 3.55 v3.7 it will already be spoofed to 4.25 if you look at system info in the XMB settings. But going to update data on the recovery menu it asks for 3.55 or later, no problem!

now i'm getting an cannot start error, and i do have a feeling that resigning the eboot is not going as it should.
original is 10MB, and my resigned one only 3MB.

using the "TrueAncestor EBOOT Resigner-olscool355resign_added" thingy, maybe my version is outdated?

EDIT: got it working, installed the pkg again and only changed the patched eboot.bin (created with trueancestor 1.6)
