Hello, I recently bought my first custom firmware PS3 a week ago. It cost about $350! I had many games on the hard drive and had a lot of fun on it! One week ago I logged in and found I was banned. Will there ever be a way to unban it? I tried changing the MAC Address spoofing the Console ID and PSID but it still wouldn't work! I really need online because I want to sync all my trophies! I have heaps of trophies that I would like to sync onto my account. Will there ever be a working method of getting back online? Or should I just sell it?

For some reason I really doubt the only reason you want to unban your PS3 is to sync your trophies...

Well okay then... nah, but I'm serious, I have heaps of games on the hard drive and would like to play them and sync trophies, I am kind of a trophy freak LOL that's why!

Since offline account is linked with PSN one you re officialy FUBAR.

Come clean you can be a trophy freak but you bought a PS3 and got banned for reasons that we don't know.
Selling it will be the same hence if the account is banned you will be on the same situation but with another brand new PS3.

I have try to un ban my cfw with the change MAC method i does not work for me i have try 3 of my own MAC from my consoles and none work.however when i log in to psn with the console i take the MAC from its fine so i be leave its another way they ban not just MAC.CONSOLE ID OR PSID.

thing is dude i have had 12 ps3 in 11 months lol.not sure i want to buy another not to include the money i have spent on games controllers and fan mods cooling paste.i should have put that money into my scooby for a bigger turbo lol.never mind done now till ps4 comes im guna buy 2 on launch day.

Damn that's a lot. I have two ps3's, had two psp's, multiple ps2's and ps1's. I'm done buying anymore sony consoles until they outshine microsoft.
