@playerkp420 stated in his tutorial that you might get black screen also instead of "Connect controller..."

On boot you should see "please connect controller screen" (note - If you see a blackscreen instead, you can still continue with next step) DO NOT CONNECT CONTROLLER!

i have tryed many ways to flash it back to the ps3 but whatever i do nothing is working?

you mean the connector on the motherboard?
this is easy to repair, the points to solder to is on the other side of the motherboard
