Yeah, he might not of phrased the question 100% properly however this website is not an English A level exam.
Instead of wasting time in writing all your nonsense about how bad the question is you could of JUST wrote the instructions, followed by a private message explaining to him why he shouldnt post such messages.

You can use/abuse from any thread on tutorial section or any section also there's a NICE search button on this board to find anything you want.

If he registered here or any other board he knows he can send PM to anyone on staff.
