Use google and check how many news i posted and how many of them are 100% speculation and which ones not.

Wrong. While they will never block DS flash carts entirely it is entirely possible that they will end up blocking the R4 series and any flash cart without enough hardware to fully emulate a retail game well enough to fool the 3DS. To be specific, they will probably not be able to block the DSTwo but who knows about other less advanced flash carts that have very limited FPGA room and therefore have to rely on spoofing carts with no saving ability.
