no Mr dutch it is not working,i checked my mobo again i found that the no 1 point is cut from the mobo it is 4.86v point marked in this image http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/607/zoom1m.jpg/ plaese help me one more time

, without point 1 your ps3 should go in standby mode...
i think it gets a little confusing here, so pin 1 is the switch on signal afterall? it's too late for me now, will get in contact again tomorrow if you need more assistance.
