If you didn't agree to their TOS, you cannot sign in PSN, but since you can sign in, you did agree to TOS.

Officially banned myself. Never cheated online, but definitely have been using CFW online. That is all. No flaming necessary.

Only this isn't Sony's doing, treyarch most likely has a security sector that doesn't get copied over with backup managers. Even if they own the original disc they logged in with a backup manager...Treyarch banned that ps3 and not Sony.

The first time you sign in on psn you do have to accept a TOS in order to use it.

They had a few since then all from 3.x. and one for 4.xx They had one for cfw although they referred to it as unauthorized software and modifications. They also had one in which you cannot file a class action suit against them without risking access to Sony's services.

This is from september 14 2012

this one was in 2011

Both mention the consequences of unauthorized use will result in termination of your account +ban. You probably agreed to it but didn't bother to notice as you were mashing the x button to skip through all of that, as we all did.

Not TOS but reflects on it. This was issued about a week ago.

Yeah 2011 is the earliest you have they didn't start this until the end of 2009 or the beginning of 2010, after the first cfw.

How is that even close to the 2008 and 2.xx firmware.
But ok smart $ss go ahead and get your last words I'm done bickering with you about TOS

You claimed you can sign in on psn right? I was calling you out on this.

Thats the whole point of this conversation, which is impossible since you needed to accept in order to be able to go on psn. As for 2008, They did mention unauthorized software but that's procedure in a TOS. they've just enforced it after cfw.

Lastly, I don't get angry or anything over opinions, that's what he have. We can only speculate and discuss, there's no last word. You're right though as this doesn't need to go any further.

I made the mistake of signing into my main name and playing this online on launch. my same main name on ofw now that my ps3 is back up gives me servers unavailable error every time. i had to use a different account to play on ofw machine after mistake of playing this on cfw.

UPDATE

REASONS

Think you might need to update your console
OR
Restart your console
OR
Delete game saves(ops II) and start it again

The same thing happened to me on Black Ops 1 and I did all of the options above and it did work.

If all of them don't work do this:

Turn your WIFI off and then on and check its status in settings.

(don't think it's a block or a ban)

Send me if they don't work
