How do you fit a 0.5mm bit in that chuck to do the winbonds

Not much fun doing the reball on cpu have to mask the centre and still the balls find there way in. |

Let us know how you get on with it. You will see the problem if using heat direct stencil as the centre of cpu is higher than the outside. Even if just 1 ball gets in there it flows into those components ( 8 legged ones ) and is almost impossible to rectify.

I only use direct heat on small chips, I hate using them. All my stencils are 90x90
