Gordon Bennett! What a mess.

Try cleaning up those pads with some solder wick & then clean flux & crud off with PCB cleaner and a small stiff brush.

Your photo may be lying to me, but it looks like you've actually damaged the motherboard PCB in some areas?

what about the solder and copper that came off, is the board trace still having contact (beginning and end) ?

follow the traces and measure resistance.

EDIT: maybe i am wrong and those traces are not passing through the solder points.

you should also check the remaining solder points,it looks a bit messy to me , make sure solder is not contacting traces it should not be.

where to start
you have test points missing. these test points sit in the middle of a track so a missing point has in efect cut that track

so you have atleast 2 cut tracks.

the solder is still on the test pads and not in good shape either.
that solder needs removing via a solder wick or de-solder pump.

the board needs cleaning with alcohol wipes. a really good clean to.

there appears to be a big blob of solder above the contact strip (top left)
that needs removing

there is alot of work to be done on that board to get it back to normal once it is you should be able to finnish the downgrade.
