There are 2

E3 Flasher Limited Edition kit (PS3), incl. ESATA HDD Station 79,95 €
and
E3 NOR Flasher (PS3), solderless 59,95 €

The difference is only incl. ESATA HDD Station ? Btw all tutorials i have found on Youtube with E3 Flasher was with the Esata Station

You can do downgrade without e-sata station also
