when i installed e3 clip i fit everything back togather then and power ps3 the red led did not flash then i checked psu coneector it was broke and may be pin 1 and pin 2 were completely disconnected from mobo then i pressed connector towards mobo the red led flashed again also i pressed power button at this stage it became green as normal but connector had been totally romoved from mobo . at this point i had no power at power eject board. i am from india

i checked one and there no resistence between them however i have seprated them

have you re-attached the power supply wires to the board?

what model is it CECH-25??

yes i have reatttached ps wires to the board as directed by sir dutch.
my ps3 model no is cech-2508b.

we are trying our best to help you, but it's a bit hard to do it from a distance.

maybe if possible you could take a photo from the connector from straight above (90 degree angle) , and one from the other side of the board, under the connector. (same angle).
so i can overlay the pictures to see if we are missing something.

you also said earlier in a post you pushed the connector back and got a red flashing light, with the wires soldered properly you should have the same condition i guess..

@monu1232009 , will look at the pictures when i get home, is it by the way possible to take these pictures without the flashlight?, it sort of ruins the picture.

rather take the board to good daylight and shoot the pictures clear without flashing.
