Yes as mentioned above, i used the 3.3V power supply from Progskeet. Soldered the 3.3V and GND from Progskeet to PCB Adaptor Board

For the record, I have removed the NANDs from a PS3 and mounted them directly onto an interface PCB I designed (so I know with 100% certainty that all connections are correct... I HOPE!):

Andy
what kind of resistors did u use, coud u make a better pic of the nands? the resistors are betwenn 3.3v and gnd, right?

winskeet detects my nand as samsung, do i have to read both at one time, cause at the moment just nand1 is wired.

if i prees dump it stops at raed block 0, winskett dont freezes, after pulling out usb, nand read failed.

Only works for NAND nor need 1500ma and prog will only supply 150-300ma
You need to power using console

Zero ohm 'links' - so I could select either /CEa or /CEb Chip Enable signals

could u make a better pic of the nands?
Will post a pic of PCB as drawn in Altium up tomorrow if you like?

the resistors are between 3.3v and gnd, right?
Nope. But if you mean the 2 CAPACITORS at either end of each flash IC, then yes

Andy

PS. I have NOT got this to work yet. Reads OK, does not program. I have too little time to concentrate on this so it's all very much back-burner stuff for me unfortunately.

Yeah wtf is up with that? An acknowledgement that there is in fact a problem and us unlucky 1.2 users are guinea pigs?

@underwurlde : I'd love to see the PCB layout if you don't mind, wanted to ask but now that you've mentioned it..

Finally got my order processed for my 1.2, so now the waiting begins..

I have reverse engineered the ProgSkeet 1.2 (schematic only at the mo) and the ProgSkeet v1.0 (schematic & PCB) - I posted them up in one of my threads somewhere..

My current thinking is to say f-it to the v1.2 - the hardware WILL basically work (I believe) - but what I suspect is happening is that the Bitstream that runs on the FPGA has not been finalized yet, hence the problems. Now that I know how the ProgSkeet v1.0 is wired (and I'll do the v1.1 too soon) I will knock out a PCB, plop the FPGA onto it and get it to work a la v1.1 (which DOES bl00dy work I believe).

Since no one can get hold of the ProgSkeet v1.1 anymore (I see 'sold out' everywhere) I may just start knocking them out again... what the hell and all that.
