I DID NOT RESTORE MY INTERNAL HDD
I deleted all homebrew.
I deleted all patched psn games.
I deleted update patches for 3.55. (currently on CFW 4.30 v1.4)
I deleted all DLC.

Boot Black Ops 2 in multiMan and then delete multiMan from XMB, then boot from disc icon.

I have tried black ops 2 from internal and external with fresh Duplex rip and it works great online.

Is everyone that is trying Black Ops 2 online with cfw and being successful by deleting homebrew using a brand new account or is this with previously banned by 3arch accounts? Also has anyone been successful at playing on these accounts for longer than 1 night?

My CFW account has lasted a few nights now. You dont need to keep making different accounts

What steps did you take to gain online multiplayer access on cfw for Black Ops 2? (Delete info, format hard drive, etc..)

And will accounts that have previously been banned on the servers work if you delete the homebrew and such?

same mines still working and i do belive it was a scene release but im almost sure id modded it for dex at some stage cant really remember!

ive tryed aload of diffrent versions i got 01.10.00 to work perfect it had a few bugs but you can leave it installed and play online

anyone tested the new MM released today? i have only just got home so if someone has it wuld save me the job hehe

Remove all game data via xmb (for 3.55 games or games with dlc/fixs)
Remove all homebrew via XMB

boot Multiman/MMOS and navigate to your internal hdd dev_hdd0

remove all files accociated with BO2 in these directories

Dev_hdd0/GAMES
dev_hdd0/game
Dev_hdd0/data
Dev_hdd0/home/ (i had 3 users so 3 folders like 00000002 0000003 0000004)
Dev_hdd0/savedata/
Dev_hdd0/tmp/

if your unsure what files are what look for the icon.png and just double click if its BO2 or any similar game/app you think mite cause you a problem just delete it.

Once finished boot bk to MM games Select + x on BO2 boot bk to XMB delete mm insert any disk and boot from disk icon

when i did this way upon my first boot of BO2 i had a corrupt data message and XMB forced me to remove them before letting me continue with the game

so if this happens just delete the remaining corrupt data and continue.
