i got it. i had to take my original DEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN, rename it to CEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN and rewrite it in flash via rebug toolbox, and THEN downgrade. im now on rebug 3.55.3 cex.

Has anyone had this issue and sorted it...
I follow the guide and it worked a treat - thanks.
I set up the BD Emulator section and was able to run a game discless.
When I turned my PS3 back on the next day the BD emulator stick I made is no longer seen.
I build the flash drive again and again it works fine. I reboot it no longer works.

Any ideas

Maybe try a different USB stick.
Also it will only work in DEX mode.

Im having the same problem. Ive tied quick format aswell as the long format in debug tools and even tried a new unformatted usb stick but I cant get anything to be recognised in ps3gen. Can someone please help Im really keen to get this working but I cant get past this last step??

All good I I was trying to use ctrl+shift to run as administrato tried right click run as administrator and it seems to have worked

Im using rebug 4.21 REX setup as described in this tut. So how do I do it, Ive searched everywhere and can only find any reference to storing backups over a network connection using cobra usb FW??

I'm kinda new to CFW but I was told by my friend that going online on PSN with Rebug 4.21 is very dangerous and its also the reason why my connection isn't the best. He told me I should change to Rogero 2.03 or something. The question is though can you run all games disc-less with Rogero 2.03?
