Yes, but this design is for the older boards. The new one that I have does not have these points any more.

See how each 'angled' lines there are four solder points? Mine only has three, and they are in different locations.

Those boards are generation 3, mine are generation 6.

I found a guide for truefire fusion and it has the power on it for gen 6, see if it's any help http://www.consolecustoms.com/dl/ps3...al_low_res.pdf

I looked at those points again, and they provide no power at all. Not sure what to do next here anymore. Weve tried many combinations.

I found this power, but it is also only little voltage, not enough to get the LED bright enough.

Yes I edited my post, I tried that one and it provides as much voltage as TP28/29. Not enough to power the LED properly.

you know my solution with that transistor will work 100% and it is very simple.

you only need to get a transistor and one resistor,

@geoldr , look, it even looks simple.
