the title is misleading lol.
"no more downgrade needed" makes it sound like it will install on OFW >3.55

PS3 Model: CECH-E01 (NAND / BC)
Installed FW: Rogero CFW 4.30 (v2.00)
Target FW: Rogero CFW 4.30 (v2.03)
Method: XMB Install
Result: OK (like ~5 minutes to install)

PS3 Model: CECH-2501A (NOR / Slim)
Installed FW: Rogero CFW 4.30 (v2.00)
Target FW: Rogero CFW 4.30 (v2.03)
Method: XMB Install
Result: OK (Quick install, like ~2 minutes)

the thing is can u still downgrade whilst on this fw?....cause i still would like to go back to 3.55.

I personally haven't tested this yet, but if you're QA flagged there shouldn't be a problem. If you're not use either rogero's downgrader or 999 rebug. If you're still unsure someone else may do it before you and give you a better answer.

Generally speaking though, it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes you can.. With the downgrader PUP and following proper steps.
