Yes you can downgrade back to 3.55 using Rogero special PUP as usual (no need for flasher).

how will i knw if iam on rogero v3 i updated via xmb didnt work i think and on recovery i see no deff? dont know if i did it right hahaha tnx in advance =)

It cames with ofw 3.66
Is there any flasher or something that can bring me to 3.55 ?

Not true. You have to be on a 4.30CFW or 3.55OFW can not be done on 4.30 OFW!
