im on the previous version of rogero 4.30, but i cant install pkg files so i cant use"toggle qa".

will it be safe to go ahead and and update straight from xmb?

Just incase some people are still confused about not needing 3-55 OFW/CFW to install this.

This does not mean that you can install this over 4.30OFW.

All it means is that if you are on a different CFW, you no longer have to downgrade to 3.55. you can just install this over your existing CFW without downgrading.

Hope this helps clear up some confusion
