well i do appreciate your tireless work rogero is this true this is a final release? Can you or someone who understands explain why restarts of the console are required after installing pkg? i imagine this is just a precaution...i do not like this issue and personally will stay on 4.21 rex due to this...also is ps2 original disc playable on bc consoles using this cfw? thanks!
samtara so far i see no advantage for dex firmware unless dev but to be honest if it is a wish to have this ability you might want to look into 4.21 rex since it allows for loading dex firmware dumps from memory...otherwise to me it is cfw all the way to my knowledge you do not need to qa dev claims this can be installed via xmb though you may want to do from recovery/disconnect net just to be safe i guess someone earlier accidently updated to sony ofw using the xmb while online... |

Does anyone have issues wth installing game updates? I copied Bayonetta on HDD, run and update pakage, although update installation went well, i didn't see any ingame changes. Like there should be now an option to install the game, but there isn't...
P.S. Liked old Install pakage way better. |

somewhat on 3k
took me few days to modify this with my own slim 3003A 160GB dump :P
the cfw will work on 3003A but it will need adjustments of course :P but yeah in all seriousness... it does work on 3k moddels (just about -.-) nothing works on it  just a fyi there

If anyone is interested just logged onto psn for the first time in over two years.
Got the damn singstar icon but can confirm that you can now download bbc iplayer, 4do and itv player if in the uk. Best of all they still work even if not signed into psn.
