Merci pu6pu6 Could apply the patch with Flowrebuilder and Winskeet. Now when I want to byte reverse and extract the patched .bin to be sure if everything is ok, Flowrebuilder tells me that he extracted it with errors and the .EXT-direction is empty. When I patch with Winskeet, only the asecure_loader is missing, the rest is there.
Should I keep going or extract another dump?

EDIT: In your tutorial you said in the beginning that we should install the X.XX CFW, so I installed the Rebug 4.21.1 and then took the dump from that CFW. Is this the right way? Or do I have to downgrade again to 3.55 CFW??

To be sure your dump is correct : check if bkpe31.bin = bkpe32.bin = bkpe33.bin with hex compare ( ex . hex editor )
1st Flowrebuilder bytereverse : ALL data must be extracted without error.
patch ...
2nd Flowrebuilder bytereverse , error : it's OK don't worry. flowrebuilder don't know the dump is reversed before.
Is this the right way? YES it is

YEEEY, finally have my Dualboot back, THANKS PU6PU6!!!!

EDIT: Ignore the queston, I just found out that ToggleQA is deactivated in everything above 3.55 :P

Can I deactivate the QA Flag after having Dualboot installed? Because if you leave the QA Flag in Dualboot, someday you will get RedScreenOfDeath, already happened to me once :/

do you know how to update CFW's without redoing whole process again. just install new, write patched backup, then write cfw nor to ofw nor. then reinstall ofw? rogero will be updating soon

everything is kind of scattered out and hard to follow right now.
do you patch @ different offsets on the OFW NOR?
do you have to patch the CFW NOR?

if your getting black screen, it could be a few different reasons.
mainly if your sbce wire is or was not soldered good and is not getting proper continuity, it will black screen.
also, the dump you restored.... did you make sure it was byte reversed?
also upload it so i can take a look at it. i can make 4.30 and 3.55 dual boot easily, i just am slightly confused on if there is a different method to follow to fast dual bot 4.30 CFW and 4.31 OFW.... any help would be appreciated

does it blackscreen on CFW and OFW?

also you do understand when you fast dual boot, when you have cfw switch flipped it will boot e3 onboard NOR, when you have it switched to OFW it will boot ps3 NOR, there is no auto flashing happening in 3-5 sec before xmb, when you flip that switch its like flipping on the light switch for your bedroom. except CFW switched on turns e3 NOR on, and OFW switched on turns ps3 NOR on..... so are you black screening on OFW or CFW or both?

thanks for replying yes i byre-reversed after patch. it only black screen on ofw. dump is 110% valid, have checked plus got verified by others

u dont patch the ofw nor
u patch the cfw nor
to patch 4.30 u just use winskeet input bytereversed dump and patch file.
to patch 4.21 u just use winskeet inpbytereversed dump and patch file in text form must be patchx;xxxxx;xxxxxx, or however pu6u6 said
