Yes. PS3 model cech-20xx works perfect if you tape an old clip upside down on the new clip (rip the ribbon off the old one at the clip). When you put the mother board back together, it fits perfect with perfect even pressure on the clip.

I am actually doing that model right now. Got good dumps, first try.

I don't use any coins on that model. There isn't enough room. You can end up bending your mobo and messing it up. Use some foam or cardboard.

Hi all,
I offer a downgrade service in Australia and with the clip i have never had to shave it down or use coins or tape.

Have done 23 flashes so far with the one clip and always double check my dumps with HxD to ensure i dont flash a bad dump. (never once had a bad dump from this flasher though)

Only issue i have had is i forgot to plug the fan in once and it turneds off during a flash - soldered the tristate and was back in business.

Have to say im very happy with the e3 and clip but you just have to be patient when installing - you'll always know when it is on perfect with the "click" you get!
