What ? The keys are the same as the ones in 4.30....

Ignore the param.sfo

Check the eboot etc with scetool or in a hex editor, that will tell you the keyset.

Thats not possible... 4.31 is an optional Update so no game should require you to have it.

Well, I guess that is the key revision that is new. Because the Fifa13 has 4.31 key revision and it wont load on newest rogero. Thankfully deank has put fixing into his newest multiman so no worries..
