you have asked the same question over and over in the same thread. YES you CAN jailbreak with a broken bluray. Providing your model number is compatible and what firmware are you currently on?

Not all backups require a Disk to be in the drive, it depends on the game. Look Here.

Yeh you can jailbreak providing your on the correct firmware because Rogero won't check for it, but if it's completely missing the drive all your homebrew will black screen if I'm not mistaken, so it seems pretty pointless.
