OK I guess im a little lost on why isn't there a CFW for 4.30ofw. Im taking about for the people that on 4.30ofw. Not trying to be a smart ass. I just really like to know why has not one been made yet. I don't understand the process. We got CFW for 4.30 if you are on 3.50 but not for 4.30ofw. We got the keys right? I must not seeing the bigger picture here cuz i truly don't understand. Anyways can someone please explain to me why? I think I'm not the only wanting to know. I'm just not afraid to look like a dumb ass on line for asking lol.I was on 3.55 then on rogero 4.30 but the my system too a crap with YLOD. Not im have a spare and its On 4.30ofw. So I'm hoping one day I can enjoy CFW and Homebrew again. Any how... Any info would be great and thank you.

This question is asked daily, and answered daily. Seriously, try using the awesome SEARCH feature of this site. many things changed starting with FW 3.56.

we have got the private key , thats why there isnt 1 for ofw .

Thanks for the answer! As for that smart ass being rude I don't know what his problem is. It amazes me to no end how people grow a set off balls behind a set keys they type on.

Even if private keys are aquired the 3k and 4k models still won't be able to be hacked as far as I know. The files use a different encryption and security on them consoles. Most the time when this question is asked its by a person who can't read or know how to use Google and has a 3k or 4k model. Now for the phats and slims upto the 2k series are in luck if the private keys are obtained as those models are the current hackable ones and most well known and worked on for Modding / hacking / unlocking - whatever word u wanna use to make u feel better at night LOL

omg all this makes me coffused so if u have a older model its possible to install CFW?
or do u still have to downgrade to 3.55 CFW on the older model do install a 4.xx CFW?

no matter your model, you need to be on 3.55 or lower to install CFW
