how wrong could you be. to reflow you need to use a heat gun and gently reflow the solder connections on the cpu and gpu and reduce spikes. you need a reball station and stencils to perform a reball.

You can also use a bga station to reflow not just Reball

Abit over kill yes but you can control the temp how can you get 215c with a 500c heat gun

i've reflowed many a ps3 with a heat gun. and yes it's just a temporary fix. please inform me of my idiotic posts you picked up on while i scrutinise yours. you numb peice of shyt.
