Far Cry 3 Save problem after CFW upate

Hi all,

Been playing through Duplex release of Far Cry 3 and about 18hrs in. Was using Kmeaw 3.55cfw and decided to upgrade to the latest Rogero 4.21 and now I have a problem! Was playing FC3 with the duplex crack and working 3.55 fix but since updating CFW the game wouldn't boot so I uninstalled the game and re installed without adding the downloaded fix, game boots and runs fine but won't recognize my previous save files, any help would be massively appreciated as I don't wan't to go through the whole game again.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

Try copying the SAVE GAME to usb stick, then delete the save from PS3 ... then start the game, start new game, and in multiman, replace the OLD Save for the NEW save... IT should work...

Thanks for the reply, however, how would I copy the file in multiman as the game doesn't show, it was a pkg install?

thanks again

dev_hdd0/home/000000xxx/savegame

In this folder you have your game saves. Locate the Far Cry 3 save and copy it on your USB stick. After you copied it. Delete the Far Cry 3 save game folder. It will be something like NPxxxxxx... Start the new game. Then save the game, and exit. Go into multiman, and locate the same folder. Copy the contents of the old folder into the new. Probably it would work. But I'm not 100%

Game booted up, in the load area it shows details of new save file not my play through, clicked on load and got "load failed" message, could it be the param that needs editing or something? So gutted if I have to play it all again!
