Nice App alota ppl will love this. i have alota respect for DeanK even tho i may not like some of the directions he has went. we know he has done cobra usb and is probly doin cobra ode but in reality we all need to make a living and he has done a good job with everything he has released. Who gives a flying shi- about piracy. We are like 0.5% or 1% of people who can 'pirate'/uses CFW and you constantly hear this piracy bullshet.

Companies releasing obvious money grab day one DLC (on disk) and all that crap is fine right?

Anyway, I pirate. Damn proud of it and I couldn't give a flying shi- and I buy a lot of games (on steam, origins you name it -SCII, GW2,LEFT4DEAD2, ETC...).

DeanK released something which is awesome and NEW and you keep bit ching about this and that. Be grateful instead.

say this person got banned, and he just need to look at the logs of what PS3 he connected to before, get the mac and psid...

No reason to be scared, it is the same as a computer network share, your router has firewall, you can always block undesired connections, you could limit the IP / devices that connect through your router.

Plus this, feature is not like if you were leaving a door open.

I believe there will be some kind of connection / transfer request as well in that multiMAN upcoming feature, is not like all files will be visible at all times if you have not activated the network share feature and you are not running multiMAN.

In short words, don't be scared :P, from what I have read and understand, you will be able to control when / how / who will connect to your PS3.

PS: When you connect to the internet, even on OFW, computer, devices, you are always at risk of some network intrusion, there is no perfect network security (IMO). But you always can make it hard for a intruder to sneak through your network .
