help me at first multiman was working fine i downloaded the one with the change id then after i updated it i had 2 multiman and i deleted the one with the change id and keep the real one after i try to use the real one it keep returning me to xmb

just delete that and reinstall the 1 you are most comfortable with

yes you can just put the multiMAN pkg on usb stick and go to apphome install pkgs is there.

You could only install pkg's from within multiman on v02, not from XMB, if multiman will not work then use downgrade PUP, then follow the tutorial back up to the latest Rogero.

What firmware should I downgrade too

The pup puts you on a hybrid firmware, you then install Rogero 3.55, then go back up to Rogero 4.30.
