Very easy there is a few videos on YouTube check them out
Or you can do it the hard way which is check out the banner up top
At least your less likely to brick on the hard way where you will defenetly brick on the easy way

Maybe give us the CECH-xxxx number...

And no, there is no way to downgrade from OFW 4.31 to 3.55 without flasher.... with flasher it depends on the model number...
