It boggles my mind how many people don't understand:

1. Sharing information is not the same thing as piracy. Sharing what is freely available is not the same thing as refusing to pay money for the work someone does for a living.

2. That Deank sold out to Cobra. Now that would have been OK if he did not try to deny it, but he did and vigorously. He still does too, even though multiMan's source code has been taken down by Deank himself.

3. mM itself is in a legal grey area as well. It is built on an illegaly obtained sdk.

I had been on your site and felt respectful for your love for ps3..as for as A owns the game let A decide its property..yes i am HUMAN and also seen GOD as absolute truth in my near death experience in meditation and so truely know divine love which sees good in others and so i dont desire misery for anyone but also at the same time like to share my viewpoint..i do read your posts and appreciate your firm way of expressing your views and i was ready to get some..still i respect your views and hope u respect mine..as for as love and hate is concerned it was meant for those who may stray towards hatred which i dont want..if u want me to leave the forum say so clearly instead of intimidating me i will if the owner desires so.....

respects to deank for this, you dont have to share game images but it does not look like you can only share certain folders so he has been negligent, someday you noobs might get lucky and have facebook on it too so it can post what you are uploading/downloading as well as sharing your mac,ip and consoles details, dont forget to "like" sony lolz.

These last few releases of MM have been great additions, but it would be great to see something like Code Unique added to it as well. I know that oct0xor is the original coder for this app, but I also heard that it might be a possibility to incorporate it. I'm currently on the latest version of Rogero's CFW, and I (along with many others) would love to see this happen. That would be a sweet treat !

Just a side note... While improving the /net_host features to connect to a PC or/and other PS3 systems, I made a step further and added 'remote control' which allows you to interact with another PS3 running mM via remote screen. Remote screen can be full-screen or 'minimized' like in the screenshot (the minimized window is updated in real time) It means that you connect to a friend's PS3 and help him if you're more experienced with mM or just have fun controlling your other PS3s in the house. Both sides must run compatible multiMAN versions (04.15.00 or later). p.s. All /net_host communications are enhanced and fast - it is now possible to browse a remote PC with over 2000 ROMs/pictures/videos from the game modes (or mmOS) in a flash. Loading retro ROM covers is now greatly improved and loading remote folders is done in one pass like in early mM versions so browsing is seamless over network (to a PS3 or a PC). So many things in 04.15.00 to follow...

Awesome work, Can not wait to try it, Dean is always pushing it further, and hate him or not, if you are using his manager, he is doing you a great service with his updates. Much respect.

Its not exactly hard to get the source. If you can't reverse it and get the source then you couldn't do anything with it anyway.
