PS3 fails to start after installing Progskeet 1.0 [RESOLVED]

Hi all,

I have a big problem. I've finished to solder my progskeet 1.0 in my PS3 DIA-001 whith the appropriate diagram and when i want to power on (with R8/R7 open and USB unplugged, only for test if all solders are OK), the power led goes green to red flashing and don't start.
I've tested all short with multimeter and finally desoldered the progskeet.
I've clean all pins on mb and didn't find any short.
The PS3 doesn't want to start anymore.
I don't understand, could you help me?

P.S.
Sorry for my bad english

@CptKirk , if you have a meter then check if the 12V comes on for a moment, you can measure it at the metal prong connector and if that one works then at the drive connector. (black wire +ground)

no 12V output acts like a normal ylod, green light then shutting off with blinking red light.

If the ps3 shuts off immediately, that means motherboard is shorting.

Post pics of your motherboard.

First, thank you so much for your replies.

Actually, i don't test yet the 12V because the motherboard is removed.
I took some pics and tested again for short and i found something strange:
the VCC point is linked to the ground! Is this normal?

Here is the pic:

since VCC stands for positive supply power, then it's not normal.
do you need a 5V point?

Sorry, my english is not perfect :-)
I meant that on the diagram, the VCC point serve to power up the progskeet with 3.3V when R8 is open.
But when i tested this point with meter, i saw it's shorted with ground.

i spend some time looking at the point and comparing it to other board, i came to the conclusion that it should be a 3,3V point.

this is the 3,3V point on a sem board, the parts do match in my opinion.

Are you saying that when you tested the 3.3V Vcc supply rail with a VOLT meter that it indicated 0V with reference to GND..
..OR..
are you instead saying that when you test the 3.3V Vcc supply rail with an OHM meter that it indicated a short circuit (0 ohms) to GND reference?

I used an OHM meter and found short circuit (0 ohm) to GND (VSS point or GND around the motherboard).
When i look with a magnifier (X20), i don't see anything
