Hi guys,

I used to have an xbox 360, well two of them, but sold both after a while. I now would like to try and get a ps3 for all the amazing games that it has, but what's the situation with the custom firmware at the moment? Are all the games playable now?

I remember being on this site a year a go and it was all kinds of problems with getting some 3.60 keys and things like that, I don't really know much about the ps3 scene so I need some help.


If I get a ps3 now and get a custom firmware on it, will I be able to play all the games on it with no problems?

Any information from you guys would be great.

So that would mean finding a ps3 that is on offical 3.55 firmware?

not neccessarily you could get a ps3 on 4.31 ofw and downgrade it with a flasher if it is downgradeable. all old phat are able to downgrade and most slims upto 25xx are able to downgrade.

Or a model that can be downgraded with a hardware flasher.
