I wonder if many of these ProgSkeet v1.2 boards have been sent out untested with production faults on them and a few lucky buyers have managed to actually get working devices?

Just a thought as this is now the second report of success with this programmer against the flow of users reporting that this device does not work (me included). Having said that, I have exhustively tested my ProgSkeet v1.2 for shorts and continuity and all appears fine as far as the hardware is concerned, it just does not perform as advertized. Very, very strange all of this as I am struggling to believe why a group of dev's would flog something untested or still in development. Surely they would have tested it BEFORE selling it? Or perhaps they did but there is something unique to their set-up?

mine doesn't work onto a NOR DIA001..."invalid cfi" message, and all is correctly connected.
Nand memory seem's to be more easy to dump...
the dev doesn't have the time to improve his bitstream, now we have to wait a long long time!

I buying a progskeet 1.2, to repair one console;

1. when receiving the kit, slave board didn't work.
2. I repair and clean it the slave board to save time...
3. when you want to wire it, you see an evident lacks of info in the ps1.2.pdf.
4. you must do search on forums and find many persons that have same problem.

the 1.2 bitstream is not completed! it doesn't work on all memory type, and he's not compatible with all windows version.

( i have a 32bit windows all apps and devices are recognised properly but I dump nothing)

this story smells like an huge wave of product returns to the shop...
