i also think there is 2ways of doing this
one way is to be on 3.55 and use software its a temporarily solution you have to keep using the app everytime you reset your PS3 and you have to stay on 3.55
the other way is permanent and involves a E3 flasher but you can keep changing you FW and turning your PS3 on & off and still connect online i need to experiment a bit more on both methods
