1st of all i would like to say i have actually been to anne frank house in amsterdam

2nd im also looking to put all this behind me i have been off weed for 5days now (nothing much but its a start)
(dont smoke tobacco)
(dont drink)
(dont do other drugs)
im on the straight road now wonder how long i can last

All my subconscious saw was do drink do smoke do do drugs...

Everything in moderation, those that cant moderate need to stay clear of good things that are bad for you.

Edit: Heroin, meth and crack maybe are excluded from everything but common sense should tell you that.

You are too young to have given up smoking 'a long time ago', I started smoking when I was 11, I gave up when I was 26, I gave up, went cold Turkey, that's coming up to 5 years in Janurary, I wouldn't consider that I gave up smoking 'a long time ago',its been barely any time at all.
