Hi. I have a very strange problem running AC3 from my hdd. I have recently upgraded PS3 hdd to bigger 500gb one. HDD was checked under pc and it is 100% healthy. The problem is game loads so slow (i dont mean 1st time load when game was copying 5gb data) and also many times textures are not loading fast enough so it is resulting in game freeze or blured textures for about 3 sec. I have no problems with other games, they work perfect. Loading times on my previous hdd were same but I cant remember freezes or textures problem. This is like a 3rd copy from a different source and it runs with same problems. Clearing game cache, data etc. doesn't help at all. Does anyone experience similar problems or this game it is like that?

Hi , I've the same problem with this game and also with others like "Zone of Enders HD". I'm on Rogero 4.30 2.03, but I had also in Kmeaw 3.55... Anyone that can answer is appreciated.

Only load issue I have with ac3 is when I click disc icon to play, it hangs at blackscreen for a minute or 2 but then loads and works perfect. You turn bdmirror on?

Yes bdmirror is on. I have also tried to run it from external drive, same problem.

I'm booting the game off my external hd, and I have no problems so far. Game still has a pretty long initial load time though.

I can understand initial loading time, but it is very annoying when textures has to load while u playing and game is freezing for few sec. This is the first time I have a problem with any game. Others works fine. It only shows how badly this game is made.
