Currently am in Rogero 4.25-to-3.55 Downgrader PUP. Multiman 4.14, ToggleQA, and Condor freezes. Cant go back to rogero 3.55 v3.7 but i can update to 4.30 2.03. I want to go back to CFW 3.55 I try through XMB but it saids that my firmware is already upgraded. Tried with recovery but it goes into a loop while checking for the file. Toggle QA somewhat works, when i press it through XMB it freezes so i restarted it yet the button combination works. Another thing is my PS3 wont accept disc or wont take it in. Previosly I have sent my PS3 through a downgrade service and got it back, think it got damage through shipping. PS3 slim CECH-2501
I went to procced to install rogero like this, OFW 3.55>Kmeaw>Toggle QA(somewhat works)>rogero 3.55> rogero 4.30 and went back like this 4.30>4.25-3.55 but cant install rogero 3.55 v3.7
Heard Toggle QA wont work if the BD driver is not activated so do i need to fix my disc driver in order to go back to 3.55

does your multiman open when you were on rogero v2.03 or do you here the beeps when run toggle qa? if yes then run toggle qa and after you hear the beeps switch the ps3 with power off button and enter recovery menu. there update with rogero 3.55v3.7

P.S is your eject button showing blu led?

That fault with your drive is common when downgrading that model I believe the logic board is attatched to the mobo and not the drive itself. there is a thread somewhere called ps3 slim broken bluray drive here at hax. not sure if it was fixed. I'll try and see if i can have a look for it for you but i don't believe your console was damaged in transit. Also you are not alone being stuck on that pup. I and many others have been. I managed to get out by using condorstrike recovery pkg and rogero 3.55 v3.7 on a usb stick. it took me a couple of days to do it but I won't be using that pup again.

It is true qa toggle doesn't work on v2.03 and you bluray drive is fine as it on the mobo itself

In short tour stuck on v2.03 if rogero's downgrade pups won't work for you

Or you can get a dump and patch it enter fsm and dead manufacture flash identical to a downgrade

No beeps during toggle qa,took out all usb connecters, even waited for 30 minutes but nothing. Since i can go to 2.03 Im see if multiman works there. No blue led

Let me see if condorstrike and 3.55 v3.7 could work for me, but i remember when i was on 3.55 v3.7 the ps3 still wouldn't accept disc.

@jpopsi check your bluray ribbon if it is well conected.
if you dont hear the three beeps that means you are stuck on hybrid cfw. i dont now if downgrading with fsm is a good idea.
check the ribbon until you hear three beeps when running qa

Now i cant go to rogero 4.30 v2.03 by xmb, it saids corrupt data. Guess need to check the ribbons but need the star screw and time disarming it but have finals so might do it near christmas

Cech25 only have laser ribbon motor ribbon ect the logic board is on the mobo

Qa toggle doesn't work on rogero 2.03

missed that part of cech25 and you are right of course.
on the other hand he want to go back to 3.55 and he cant run toggle qa after 4.25to3.55 downgrader.
