i couldnt get toggle or factory service mode tool or condor to boot back to xmb

You cannot install firmware from xmb in fsm. You need to put the correct lv2diag.self and PS3UPDAT.PUP on the root of your fat32 flash drive, by themselves. Then power on the ps3 while in fsm, with the usb in the right most usb port. taken from another thread with the same problem as yourself If you get stuck try and send a personal message to @playerkp420

I THINK--CHECK WITH SOMEONE!!

I think if you stick in a blueray drive it and complete the upddate on recovery mode it will complete the update to 4.21 CFW, which will then enable for you to downgrade the PS3 to a hybrid 3.55 CFW which will then enable you to update to 3.55 CFW (2.03) rogero..

you need rogero 3.55 v3.7 as for the lv2diag.self check through hardware downgrade tutorial you will find what you need in their.

i manage to get my jailbreak2 dongle working through my pc but wen i select downgrade option and put it in my ps3 i can get to factory service mode with the red screen , i cant get it to do anything else using 3.55 v3.7 with some lv2diag files but i can get it out of fsm using bsrod fix

the ps3 works fine conecting to the internet and the media server is working fine

any help guys would be appreciated
