hey guys i have found a way to install pkg's onto a ps vita, i tryed it with a cfw ps3. i tryed it with some ps3 pkg's and the vita gave me an error, like it should be.
i saw in the past a pc app that made it possible to download games and demos from store onto the pc as a pkg file. do someone know which program it was or where i can download ps vita game pkg's. just for research"

You need the PSN Download Manager.
Now I'm with phone and I can't post the link, but I think that if you use Google you can find it.
I have the 3.97 version and I use it for PS3. Should work for PsVita, if not, I've seen a 4.00 version with PsVita support, but I haven't found a download link...

as long as its a psvita pkg and you get the bubble you should be able to copy to vita anyway. the licensing wont happen though

firstly you need pkg´s. i tryed it with ps3 pkg´s but the vita gave me an error everytime i try to install something.

to do this, you need to put the vita pkg´s to hdd0>vsh>game_pkg>(a dir. with random numbers and letters, the vita pkg´s have to be stored here

i will try later to download something and to install, i am in university right now and can´t test it yet.

i installed the xmb mod v1.5. after that there are some pkg´s stored in the right directory, like xmb mod language pkg´s, but i can´t install them.

and yes the psn bubbles are visible under cma if you downloaded them to ps3

I did this

set up my brother ps3 ,(like in the readme)
and download from ps3 store
after the manager download the demo ,
copy the name of the .pkg and replace the .pkg with showtime (and rename the showtime.pkg with the name of original .pkg)
now shotime is in ofw 4.31 ,but wont install

This is not releated to the thread.
Anyway, I think that you can't install becouse the pkg of showtime is not signed like original.. (IMHO).

EDIT: If you have used the showtime pkg for 4.xx cfw it is normal that it does not work, becouse is a debug pkg..
If you use the showtime pkg for 3.55 maybe you can install it (maybe), but than you can't start it becouse we can't sign eboots for 3.56+ firmwares
