Please, think for one fking second (quote: Christian Bale... If you are a fan of him, then listen to him), or you will loose your PS3 completely. Very much like you have been on your way to do right now, with your attempt at downgrading it. You haven't prepared for all at it.
You cannot have read nearly anything about it before attempting it, if you did not know that you should check your dump or have someone most kind do it for you, or you could risk bricking your ps3.

Anyway, I'm not here to lecture you - I doubt you will listen to me anyway. I doubt even if I told you that you should get it to someone professional that you would do it, and you would not just attempt to fix it yourself, believing you could do the same as the professional. I doubt it... Because I am very much the same.

I'll have a look at your links. By the way, i did read how it should be done and i didn't flash it yet. I was still trying to figure out how to validate the dump and i thought to do the one last step before flashing which is the damn "restore" step at minute 13:05 in the youtube clip in my first post then it all happened. Then after it happened i saw that many people were misled by that unnecessary step called "restore" at the youtube clip.

By the way, do you know any *professional* outside the states who can unbrick & downgrade my ps3 just in case i didn't make it on my own?

Thanks. Things are much clearer now. I used to freak out everytime i see someone mentioning soldering but now i feel somehow at ease after knowing exactly where is the tristate point location on my board and after watching some soldering clips on ps3. I'll try to do that today with the help of a friend of mine who knows how to solder well, then will come back with good news hopefully.

Wow, i soldered the tri-sbe thing and it worked. Now my ps3 is not powering off on it's own anymore. I followed this guide

I patched the verified dump using nor patcher then i put the patched file into the SD card after re-naming it from bkpps3_patched to just bkpps3 then i pressed start after making only the first switch up as the instructions states.

The thing is, after i pressed start it started normally then i got error 10001111.

EDIT: error issue solved and i reached to the point where i have to do the power+eject thing using my e3 card reader but i can't see any blue light from the e3 card reader and it's not powering off at all.

How should i go from here?

I put the e3downgrade 12.03 file in the e3 card reader as the guide states.

Please help. I'm almost there. What should i do now to make the power+eject step work?
