I will stick to my theory over the charge back.... SOny has never once banned over a gameshare or account being sold. It happens all the time. I honestly think you used a credit card you werent supposed to use and the charge got disputed, or you bought something then reported your credit card lost. A sony rep can tell you the exact reason with a simple phone call

Nothing was purchased, there was dlc already on the account i just downloaded it.

Well that doesnt make sense considering the account was given to you, MW3 ZDLCs are $15 each (not $9.99). I am not worried about the account you used to download some DLC, I am worried about your account. You sure you didnt use your parents Credit Card without permission? This sounds like you purchased $10 worth of PSN content and the charge was disputed. SOny is going to ban you until that $10 is paid.

I think you are telling the truth but I dont think you are telling the entire story. Notice it was your account banned, and not your friend's account that had the DLC. If there was an issue with you gamesharing then Sony would have banned both accounts

Can I ask why you haven't contacted Sony about this? I'm sure they can give you a detailed explanation as to why you were banned and what the fee is for.
