I`m running rogero 4.3 with multiman etc that i do not use online. I have GTA IV original legit and wanted to know is their any banning risk if i use that off the disc or if i dump the bd to the internal hdd and use that online?

There's always a risk going online on cfw. It will be small I'm sure, but still a risk.

It's plain simple as this:

CFW = Chances of ban 99%.
OFW = Chances of ban 1%.

With the new TOS you agree not to use cfw.

So let's say you have cfw and you absolutely do noting illegal with it, you only use legal homebrew; and then you go online with a legally bought game.
$ony could see you have cfw installed, and with that reason alone they have a right to ban you. Sure you can argue you arent doing anything illegal with it, but since the TOS says you cannot modify THEIR console, they can ban you.

Just remember that you, as a customer, have virtually no rights when it comes to challenging a corporation.

Well that 1%, i might get lucky.. No seriously i`ll be keeping away from PSN with my CFW box,the other one with OFW will do me and to be honest i`m quite happy to buy the title that i`ll be playing online....
